Brands include "Our Very Own", which is homemade in our on-site certified professional canning and jarring facility, as well as "From our Kitchen", "Huber" and the product selection includes jams, jellies, spreads, preserves, salse, chili, pickles, pickled beets and so much more.

Fresh Produce and Baked Goods

We have the freshest in-season produce available in the area due to our almost daily acqusition and distribution network. If you were to come in today we have Ontario Fresh Strawberries, Raspberries, Blueberries, potatoes, tomatoes, peppers, green and yellow beans, pea pods, corn, golden yellow plums, cherries and Onions - All from Ontario. Our freshly baked pies vary, but some of our flavours include wild blueberry, strawberry rhubarb and apple. Our selection of butter tarts include plain, raisin, pecan and walnut.

Wild Blueberries

.......Lowbush blueberries grow only about six to eighteen inches high, yet will produce up to 4,000 lbs of blueberries per acre. In May-June the "barrens" are in full bloom with bell shaped white/pink flowers. Pollination is helped by the use of natural as well as commercial bee hives. Most Wild Blueberries are harvested by hand but mechanical harvesting is now being introduced in some of the more level fields.
